Check out the latest COVID plans for camp - updated June 25, 2021
THIS Year's Camp Dates:
July 18-24, 2021
It is the purpose of Mancelona Youth Camp to help each and every young person grow personally and spiritually. You'll meet and reconnect with some awesome friends (who may just come to feel like family!), have a lot of fun, be mentored by our amazing staff, and most importantly be encouraged to develop and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Because really, that's what it's all about!
NEW and NOTEWORTHY FOR 2021:
- Online payment through Paypal is available once again. There is a processing fee added to all online payments.
- We will have more information for you on what camp will look like in Mid-May. Our plan is to have camp, but we will have COVID regulations we need to follow. Thanks for your patience and cooperation! Please check back in May for the latest information.
- CELL PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT CAMP! No cell phones will be allowed at camp again this year. If you want to bring your phone and turn it in at registration, you may do so. We will hold it for you until Friday night after the evening service. Any phones turned into us will be given back for 10 minutes each morning before breakfast and before the talent show so you can take pictures and videos. No phones may be out at any services or scheduled activities on Saturday or they will be taken and not given back until you check-out.
2021 Speaker - Chelsea Zalewski
Pastor Chelsea Zalewski is excited to join us again at Mancelona Camp as our Youth Speaker. Student Ministry is dear to her heart since Chelsea served as a youth pastor at Colonial Woods for over 10 years. Her current role is serving as the Pastor of Online Ministries and she loves finding creative ways to use technology to share the Gospel. Chelsea is married to Adam (musician extraordinaire) and they live in Port Huron where they love to go to the beach, kayak, and explore.
2021 Worship-Jesse & Jessica Maurer
Jesse and Jessica Maurer are excited to return to camp and serve as worship leaders for Youth Camp. They currently reside in Lagrange, IN with their four children, Jackson (6), Calli (4), Liem (4), and Dominic (3). Together they serve as worship leaders at their church. Jessica is a full time stay at home mom and Jesse works full time as a cabinet engineer. It is their desire to magnify the Lord through music and inspire people of all ages to worship our Lord in spirit and truth.
